General Questions from CSS

An interesting question came up during the CSS meeting on Thursday. What happens if you sign up with a team of 6 developers? Is that allowed? Would one of the developers also act as the designer and another act as the marketer?

    I'm not exactly sure why everyone is convinced that they MUST have marketers and designers. They don't. You're free to choose whoever you like to make up your team. But in general, developers don't make the best designers and marketers, and a large part of this competition is the presentation to the judges. Regardless of how amazing your code is, if it looks horrible on the outside, you might not get very far.

    You can register a team of whatever composition you like, but people looking to placed on a team may be paired with marketers and designers, since we're trying to keep teams as balanced as possible.
